Now available from CPR Classic Sales is this stunning 1968 Porsche 911 that underwent an extensive nut and bolt restoration by CPR with absolutely no area untouched. The car began its restoration as a very solid rust-free example that only received minor body work. The car is finished in its original Glasurit Golden Green and is just gorgeous. The interior was completely re-upholstered with all German leather, correct carpet, unique 1968-only door panels, aluminum dash and a refurbished factory wooden steering wheel. The matching numbers engine was completely overhauled by Supertec and upgraded to 2.4 liter, making the car much more drivable without affecting cosmetic originality in any way. With the 2.4L configuration, the car has significantly more torque and can be driven effortlessly without having to run the engine hard. The car was completed in late 2013 and was sent to one of CPR's collector clients in whose care it was only driven several hundred miles. Now back in CPR's showroom, the car is ready for immediate purchase. The car is simply superb in every regard.
